Business Development Representative – Sales

Bright Pink Agency, a dynamic boutique marketing firm in Coral Springs, FL, is seeking an in-house Business Development Representative to generate and process sales leads for client accounts, provide expert counsel, develop successful agreements, maintain fruitful relationships, and achieve measurable results.

Availability:

Full-time; in-office (in Coral Springs, FL).

Compensation:

$40,000 Salary + Commission

You:

  • Have at least 3 years of marketing sales and business development experience
  • Demonstrate a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Are a clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Are detail-oriented with a high bar for product and process quality and user experience
  • Are organized and results-driven
  • Are comfortable with technology
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently with team members and stakeholders, both in-person and remotely
  • Are a problem-solver and a quick learner who can understand complex requirements and assess dependencies and estimations
  • Can work cross-functionally to understand the business and how each department contributes to the bottom-line

The Business Development Representative role includes:

  • Lead generation for marketing services
  • Build rapport with potential customers to meet your monthly quotas
  • Be capable of handling rejection on a regular basis
  • Qualify prospective customers for marketing services such as website design and development, social media management, or other marketing services
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect
  • Keep the customer database updated to ensure the information on prospective and past clients is current
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven track record setting and achieving goals
