As the calendar turns to November, many people begin to think of Thanksgiving—a time to gather, reflect, and express gratitude. At Bright Pink Agency, November holds another special meaning: it marks our anniversary. This year, as we celebrated 13 years of creativity, passion, and teamwork, we chose to honor our milestone not with a party, but with purpose.

In recognition of our 13th anniversary, we organized and encouraged 13 not-so-random acts of kindness throughout the month of November. These efforts were our way of giving back to the local community, showing gratitude to those who support and inspire us, and shining a light on the organizations that work tirelessly to make the world a better place.

Acts of Kindness: Giving Where We Live

Our month of kindness kicked off with a simple yet heartfelt gesture: bringing coffee and donuts to the hardworking faculty and staff at Imagine School at Broward on December 1. Later that week, we sweetened the day for the First Responders at the City of Coral Springs Police Department and Fire Station #80 by sponsoring an ice cream truck for them to enjoy.

One of the highlights of our kindness initiative was a press conference announcing the relaunch of the McGovern Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to drowning prevention awareness. Bright Pink Agency proudly redesigned their branding and website, and the event, held at the Coral Springs Aquatic Complex, was a meaningful way to support their mission.

The kindness continued on November 13 when members of our home office, along with their families, took part in a beach cleanup at Deerfield Beach. Giving back to the environment is just as important as giving back to people, and we were thrilled to contribute to keeping our coastline clean.

Supporting Local Organizations

Throughout the month, we also organized a community clothing drive benefiting Covenant House Florida and a canned food drive supporting Chabad Coral Springs. Our team also rolled up their sleeves—literally—to donate blood, recognizing the lifesaving impact a simple act can have.

We wrapped up the month with a used book collection for the Margate Catherine Young Branch of the Broward County Library, providing resources for eager readers. And for another dose of appreciation, we delivered coffee and donuts to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, recognizing their ongoing commitment to our community’s health and well-being.

Small Gestures, Big Impact

Beyond these larger initiatives, our team also took part in smaller, everyday acts of kindness. Whether it was surprising coworkers with small gifts, supporting a GoFundMe for a young girl battling cancer, or sending Halloween candy to deployed troops, we found that kindness, in any form, makes an impact.

Creativity with a Purpose

“This project turned out to be a great way to stretch our creativity while doing something meaningful,” said Bright Pink Agency CEO, Madalina Iordache. “Our team worked together to come up with different ways to give back, and the result was an inspiring month of gratitude and generosity.”

As we reflect on these 13 years of growth, we remain committed to improving not only the quality of our services but also the quality of the community around us. Acts of kindness—big or small—are an integral part of who we are, and we hope to inspire others to find their own ways to give back.
