Social Media Manager

Bright Pink Agency, a dynamic boutique marketing firm in Coral Springs, FL, is seeking an in-house Social Media Manager to help keep our social media marketing team and projects organized. 

Full-time; in-office (in Coral Springs, FL).

Experience Based

  • Develop and execute social media calendars, overseeing posting, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Onboard new clients and supervise the social media team, including designers and content creators.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to plan and implement effective social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Oversee and manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and guidelines.
  • Schedule and post content regularly, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize strategy based on insights.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Develop creative and engaging content tailored to each social platform’s audience.
  • Collaborate with design teams for visually appealing and relevant content.
  • Stay updated with social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and resonant.
  • Review and curate user-generated content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and goals.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media channels.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-team efforts with marketing, design, SEO, and other departments to align social media with overall marketing strategies.
  • Act as the final decision-maker for social media calendar approvals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices through webinars, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and targets.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and commitment.
  • Regularly communicate progress and challenges to the supervisor.
  • Demonstrate a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Are a clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
