Type: Full-Time • Eastern Time business hours

The Role

We’re hiring an Account Manager to lead the relationship with a national franchise brand, supporting both the corporate marketing team and local franchise owners.

You’ll be the main point of contact, coordinating website and SEO initiatives, managing deliverables, and ensuring clear, proactive communication that drives measurable results. This role works closely with our developers and internal team members to deliver high-quality websites and SEO outcomes — you won’t be executing the tasks yourself, but will oversee project coordination and client communication.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for the franchisor’s corporate marketing team — managing projects, timelines, deliverables, and communication.
  • Oversee SEO and website optimization for local franchise locations — ensuring each site is properly localized, technically sound, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with corporate clients and franchise owners via email, phone, text, and video meetings.
  • Lead, organize, and present in video meetings, providing confident updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Develop recommendations to improve website visibility, content performance, and AI-readiness (structured data, high-quality content, emerging search trends).
  • Balance franchisor priorities (brand consistency, scalability) with franchisee needs (local SEO, responsiveness, lead generation).
  • Manage multiple projects and workstreams — from SEO audits to website enhancements — collaborating with internal teams and developers.
  • Track KPIs, identify insights, and prepare concise performance reports with actionable next steps.

 

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or project management within digital marketing, web, or SEO (agency or franchise experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you’re confident speaking, presenting, and writing for a professional audience.
  • Comfortable leading and presenting in video meetings with clients.
  • Strong client relationship skills; you build trust quickly and communicate clearly across all levels, from franchise owners to corporate teams.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, and local).
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, curious mindset — you’re always looking for ways to improve outcomes and workflows.

 

Tools You’re Comfortable With (or eager to learn)

Google Workspace, ClickUp, WordPress, GA4, Google Search Console, and Semrush.

 

Travel

Travel is not required, but may be encouraged occasionally for local South Florida client meetings or team gatherings. There is also the potential for one annual trip to attend the client’s national convention within the United States.
